Privato affitta. hi, we are renting a single room in our flat for erasmus students. The flat is situated near MetroB laurentina station (10min on foot) and it's well connected with several lines of bus. It is a very big flat composed of 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 5 bedrooms, balcony, washing machine, internet 24h + international and national calls no limits. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, bookshelf and a wardrobe. Actually we are 3 girls dividing the whole flat, we have a cleaning lady (once/week) and a huge park around the building.
The price is 500€ all included.
