No agenzia. Grazioso appartamento, vista mare, fornito di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza in completo relax a soli 5 km dal mare. Nella costa nord-orientale della Sardegna, al confine tra Baronìa e Gallura, c’è una lunga spiaggia, a pochi passi dal paese Budoni, di sabbia finissima e brillante bagnato da un mare cristallino e con fondale che digrada lentamente verso il largo.
Nell'appartamento sono presenti WI-FI - ARIA CONDIZIONATA – POSTO AUTO RISERVATO.
LA BIANCHERIA sarà disponibile su richiesta a 15 euro a persona.
Gli ospiti avranno accesso privato ed esclusivo all'intero appartamento. Comodo posto auto privato.
Nonostante non siamo presenti in loco, Serena sarà sempre a disposizione degli ospiti tramite telefono o app.
La tassa di soggiorno non è inclusa nel prezzo. Le tariffe a persona per notte sono le seguenti: euro 0,60 mesi luglio e agosto e euro 0,30 mesi maggio, giugno e settembre. Sono esclusi i mesi: gennaio, febbraio, marzo, novembre e dicembre.

Nice apartment, sea view, equipped with everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday just 5 kilometers from the sea. In the northeastern coast of Sardinia, between Baronìa and Gallura, there is a long beach, not far from the town, with very fine, glittering sand, lapped by crystalline sea, whose bottom gently deepens out.
Included in the price:WI-FI - ARIA CONDIZIONATA - BIANCHERIA.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the whole apartment. Private parking in the spot. The swimming pool is shared with the other guests of the residence.
The tourist tax is not included in the price. The rates per person per night are as follows:

€ 0.60 for the months of July and August and € 0.30 for the months of May, June and September. Not applicable during: January, February, March, November and December.
