Privato affitta. Affitto per 3 mesi a ragazza (preferibilmente lavoratrice) un'ampia camera singola in un appartamento da condividere con un'altra ragazza e un ragazzo.
La casa è composta da 3 camere, cucina, 1 bagno, sgabuzzino e balcone; si trova in una strada tranquilla in zona Viale Talenti a 2 passi dalla fermata della tranvia.
La camera, ammobiliata, sarà disponibile per i mesi di dicembre, gennaio e febbraio.
Le date sono comunque flessibili di qualche giorno.
L'affitto è di € 325 comprensivi di spese di riscaldamento (centralizzato) e condominio.
Sono escluse tutte le altre utenze: luce, gas, acqua, internet (che sono molto contenute, essendo intestate come prima casa)
Richiesta caparra di € 150,00 che verrà restituita alla fine della locazione e del pagamento delle relative utenze.
Single room in Florence from 25th November to 28 February
This is a private big single room in an apartment buddied up with 2 italian flatmates (a girl and a boy).The room will be available for 3 months, from the end of November till the end of February. The apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of the building and it has a nice view over a garden. It is situated on a very quiet residential street but very close to numerous supermarkets and shops.
The apartment is just 1 minute walking from Talenti tramway station and 10 minutes from the city center.
The house has a total of 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen which comes with a oven, fridge and freezer, dishes, utensils, etc . The room has a double bed, wardrobe, three bookcases, a sofa, a chest of drawers, chair and table. The house has washing machine and wireless Internet.
The house’s rules are quite flexible, you will have your own keys and you can come and go as you please.
The price of the room includes winter heating. Other bills are excluded (about € 30 per months)
You will be required to give a deposit of € 150 (I’ll give you back when you’ll leave the apartment).
